The WNBA is a bit of a circus now that people care about it. It's like a tabloid, a reality show, it's a hub of influencers united in their sport but not being followed for their sport. It has basically turned Kardashian, literally since Kim's clothing brand has sponsored the WNBA.

One of the more controversial characters in the league is rookie Angel Reese, who went viral a few years back for smack talking their golden child Caitlin Clarke, so she's been cast as the villain in their script.
