Wizards rookie Deni Avdija was wheeled off the floor on Wednesday night after an awkward landing caused an ankle injury. The 20-year-old suffered a hairline ankle fracture and will miss the rest of the season as a result.
The injury took place after Avdija had a shot blocked. He landed on a defender's foot causing his foot to slide. His right foot then landed behind his body and he rolled up on his own ankle.

Nobody likes watching these injuries. Although I have to admit I watched it several times before moving on. It's like watching a car accident.
