There will be no more problems with Washington Football Team owner Daniel Snyder and his limited partners. That's because Snyder has made a deal to buyout those limited partners.
The partners had attempted to force Snyder to sell the team after multiple scandals. When that didn't seem possible they planned their own exit and will now be granted that wish.
From Pro Football Team:
PFT has confirmed that Snyder has struck an agreement to purchase the interest of his limited partners, Fred Smith, Robert Rothman, and Dwight Schar. Together, they own more than 40 percent of the team. Snyder will control all equity in the franchise, once the deal is finalized.
The news was first reported by Tyler Dunne of GoLongTD.com, who adds that Snyder has requested a debt waiver for the $450 million necessary to fund the purchase, and that the deal has been approved by the NFL finance committee.
The shitshow in Washington will roll on! That will never change as long as Snyder is the owner. He's appeared to let some control go recently, but as long as he's still there he can pull it back with a snap of his fingers.
Good luck Football Team fans!
