Vince McMahon to Address Hush Money Controversy at Smackdown in Character

It was reported this week that Vince McMahon was being investigating by the WWE's board over a $3 million payment he reportedly made to a former employee that he had a sexual relationship with.

Being the showman that he is, McMahon isn't going to let a little side chick controversy go without making some content out of it.  Shortly after McMahon announced that he was voluntarily stepping down as Chairman and CEO, the WWE announced on Twitter that he would appear on Friday night's Smackdown.

Again being Vince McMahon, and always thinking content, means he'll be addressing the situation in character, not as an actual human being because he may no longer actually be one.

If this isn't one of the most viewed Smackdowns of all-time I don't know what it takes to get people to watch.  It doesn't get much better than McMahon having an affair and paying millions in hush money.
