Vikings Assistant Coach Rick Dennison Will Remain With the Team Despite Not Being Vaccinated

The NFL has an all out blitz on to get players and coaches vaccinated prior to the upcoming season.  This despite playing an entire season without a vaccine and the fact that the majority 0f the players have no real risk from the disease itself.

Teams are putting unvaccinated players through extra protocols that are largely unnecessary given the fact that, again, players are at virtually no risk from the disease.

Coaches on the other hand are at an increased risk due to the fact that many tend to be older.  Most of them are getting vaccinated, those who aren't are being dismissed in some cases.

It was reported last week that the Vikings were parting ways with assistant coach Rick Dennison after he refused to get vaccinated.  That is not the case.

The latest is that the 63-year-old will be reassigned to a new senior offensive advisor role with the Vikings.  I wonder who he has dirt on?  I don't think anyone should be forced to take the vaccine, but how did he go from out to reassigned it just a few days?

Seems like he has some dirt the Vikings don't want out...
