Vanessa Hudgens Cheers on Boyfriend Cole Tucker After He Hit a Home Run Off of Gerrit Cole

Sunday was a big day for Pirates shortstop Cole Tucker and his actress girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.  He was busy at work playing against the Yankees in a Spring Training game.  She was attending the Oscars.

For his part Tucker took Yankees ace Gerrit Cole deep as the broadcast was mentioning his very famous girlfriend.

Vanessa saw the home run on social media and cheered on her boyfriend saying of his home run, "what a way to start Oscar Sunday."  She, of course, couldn't be happier....

I have no idea if Vanessa did anything of note at the Oscars, but I assume no (the only thing I'm aware of that went down was Will Smith slapping the shit out of Chris Rock).  As for Tucker, maybe this homer means he's finally ready to spend the entire season with the big guys in the show.  Or maybe it was just a meaningless Spring Training home run.

Either way congrats on his big time actress girlfriend.
