Usain Bolt, the world's fastest man, at least that is how he was marketed when he consistently won golds and broke records that he still holds today, has recently discovered that more than 12.7 million dollars have gone missing from an account he had with a private investor based in Kingston Jamaica.
At one time, the account had 12.8 million dollars in it, but now the balance is 12,000 dollars, not a great return on investment.
Bolt retired in 2017, but apparently made upwards of 25 million dollars in the year that he was active.
Bolt's lawyers have threatened legal action if the money is not returned in 10 days!
This is said to be Bolt's retirement fund, so it's a pretty terrible series of events, but I guess you have to always check your investments because that kind of loss is insanity!
