How bad are the New York Jets? So bad Clemson quarterback, and presumptive No. 1 overall pick in the NFL draft, Trevor Lawrence is leaving the door open to returning to college instead of entering the draft.
Prior to the start of the 2020 season it was considered a no-brainer that Lawrence would enter the draft. He was asked about returning to Clemson on Tuesday and didn't rule it out.
There's been plenty of talk lately about what Trevor Lawrence should do in regards to the @NFLDraft
Would he reconsider coming back to school? "My mindset has been that I'm gonna move on, but who knows? There's a lot of things that could happen." pic.twitter.com/Z8xJIMnJV7

If the Jets have the No. 1 pick then returning to Clemson is absolutely the right move. I mean look at what they've done to Sam Darnold. The dude is seeing ghosts.
Tanking for Lawrence and missing out on the star quarterback is exactly how you would expect things to play out for the Jets.
