You've probably already seen this story, but Super Bowl Winner Travis Kelce, who is probably one of the bigger stars on the KC Chiefs was humiliated a while back when he threw his first pitch at a game.
Seeing as the guy is a high paid athlete, in a sport that involves throwing and catching balls all day, the fans expected a bit of a better performance than when Liberace threw a first pitch.
I mean, how much practice would the dude really need to get a slow pitch across the plate, but maybe he just went into it cocky and ready to fail so that he could return at a later date with a hero story. People love a hero story of overcoming adversity.
Here's that first humiliating pitch:

Well, they got their hero story, because Kelce threw what looks like a strike after being trolled for his first attempt. He overcame, a hero was made!
