Obviously, Tom Brady was poking fun a the NFL retirement, injury, or "didn't quite make the NFL" plan for some players, which involves running up to Canada to play in the CFL for 40,000 dollars a year, just to keep a foot in the sport because why not.
On a podcast Brady said:
"I'm hoping I can get to go to play in the CFL at some point and really see what I can make of myself up there,"
Brady also said that a former teammate played for the CFL and has said good things about the game up north.
I am sure Canada would welcome him with open arms, but clearly this man loves the game of Football.
There is no word on any teams having signed Brady for when he's ready, but apparently he was drafted out of High School to play for the Montreal Expos as a catcher.
I guess when you're in the grey area purgatory between being broken by your 40 year old Brazilian model leaving you,, and realizing that you can have a dozen 20 year old Brazilian models to make the hurt go away, you think crazy things.
When your hot Brazilian model wife who is pushing 40 leaves you for a Jiu Jitsu school owner and you're a legend in your sport, it hits the ego hard.
They were spotted again last night in Costa Rica.
Unless that whole story is just a diversion from the truth, that the new boyfriend is just hired staff and that Brady and Gisele are still together.
It is possible the divorce is for wealth preservation, like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos did before him. Splitting the assets, sending some assets to shell companies in Brazil and Costa Rica, I'm not a tax planner, but for a woman to leave her man at 45 because he works is idiotic, it just doesn't add up. Especially with this rumoed FTX scandal, where people claim the Brady Bunch lost 650 million dollars in the crash, maybe on paper, a nice loss to never pay taxes again.
I'm not a tax lawyer, I don't know what taxes are, but it is all very suspicious.
