Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill told reporters that he is in the process of getting vaccinated. He credited, or blamed depending on how you look at it, the NFL with forcing his hand in the matter.
Tannehill said that he would've never gotten the vaccine without the consequences the NFL put in place for outbreaks of unvaccinated players.
"I think it's a personal decision for everyone, everyone has to make the best decision for them and their families, that's kind of our mindset in this building. But they're trying to force your hand and they ultimately have forced a lot of hands by the protocols, which is everyone has their own opinions on it, so, it is what it is. I love this game, I love this team, I want to be able to compete and do the things that I think are important, to build chemistry and win football games, so ultimately that forced my hand to get vaccinated."

It should be left up to every player as to whether or not they want to be vaccinated. But with the punishments the NFL put in place it makes it a lot harder to pass on the shot. Nobody wants to be the guy that costs his team a game.
It's been very interesting to watch how people have navigated through this pandemic.
