The LVMPD Announced That They’re Charging Raiders WR Henry Ruggs III With DUI Resulting in Death

Shortly after reports that Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III was involved in an early morning car accident came out, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released a statement.

The statement confirmed that the crash resulted in a fatality.  It also revealed that Ruggs showed signs of impairment at the scene and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The police department has charged the 22-year-old with DUI resulting in death.

Talk about an all around tragedy.  Someone lost their life and Ruggs' career is probably over.  All for a night out?  Get a driver, use Uber, sleep in your car, anything but driving the car while impaired.  Hell you're a wealthy athlete, have the party come to you.
