The Miami Dolphins have found their next head coach. They announced on Sunday that they were hiring San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel.
He takes over for Brian Flores, who was shown the door after three seasons as the Dolphins head coach.

The good news is McDaniel knows how to run an offense with a quarterback that isn't at an elite level. The best part of the hiring is all of the tweets the Dolphins sent out justifying it.
