Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said on Friday that linebacker Willie Gay would play in Sunday's playoff game against the Bills. This comes just a couple of days after he was arrested following an argument with his son's mother.
Gay reportedly caused damage to a vacuum cleaner, phone screen protector and a humidifier that totaled an estimated $225. Social media had some thoughts on the news.

Of course, he will. There's no team in sports with a lower sense of morality than the Chiefs. https://t.co/ScMcutJzdU

Coach: it was just some mild vandalism and a restraining order so he’s good for Sunday. Now if it had been domestic violence, we would have thought long and hard about not playing him but yeah, he’d probably still play

So he broke a vacuum. It's not like there are any anger management issues or violence involved with that.
Nothing to see here. He likely broke the vacuum while using it to clean the floor. Everyone knows when someone breaks something while using it properly they get arrested.
