The Houston Texans put another one in the win column on Thanksgiving. That's been easier said than done this season for the Texans. So has been getting the ball to wide receiver Kenny Stills.
Stills has seen limited snaps all season and even fewer snaps in his last three games, logging just 12 snaps and catching one pass for six yards. He did not play on Thanksgiving.
On Friday it was reported that the Texans are mutually parting ways with Stills.
The Houston Texans are releasing WR Kenny Stills in a mutual parting, sources tell ESPN. A veteran WR in Stills now available to sign and help a playoff team for the stretch run.

You can't tell me some of his off the field activities didn't play into his lack of snaps. With that said a playoff team looking to add a veteran receiver without a ton of wear and tear lately might benefit from his release.
