Taysom Hill Carted Off the Field After Taking a Shot to the Head

Saints weapon Taysom Hill was carted off the field on Sunday after taking a big shot to the head.  He went up for a pass that was just out of reach and as he was coming down Washington cornerback William Jackson III rocked him.

The unfortunate hit was flagged and likely ended Hill's day.

I hate to sound like a broken record on these hits, but they're going to happen no matter what kind of rules are put in place.  The game is fast and heads unfortunately end up in the path of big hits sometimes.
