Patriots defensive assistant coach Steve Belichick had an all-time viral moment during last season's game against the Buccaneers. He was caught on NBC cameras making weird faces and wagging his tongue on the sideline.
The younger Belichick sat down recently with Chris Long for his "Green Light" Podcast and discussed the tongue wagging incident.
"I got killed after that game I became a GIF. And everybody loved to see that. I was just thinking a lot and trying, you to know, stay ahead of it."
Belichick added that his wife and Pat Chung put their arms around him after the game and said, "You'll be OK."

There are a couple of takeaways from this interview. The first one is, and if you haven't heard him speak before it's a little surprising, but Steve sounds exactly like Bill Belichick. The second thing of note is there's a Christmas tree behind him- it's June...
Steve is entering his 11th year with the Patriots and he's presumably being groomed to take over his father's throne once it's vacated.
