ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported last week that Cam Newton and Stephon Gilmore had dinner together the Friday night before the Patriots quarterback tested positive for COVID-19.
"I happen to believe, I was told that in the New England area, over the weekend, that Cam Newton and Stephon Gilmore were spotted having dinner together on Friday night."
Gilmore would test positive just a couple of days after Newton did. According to Gilmore's wife, Gabrielle, that report isn't true.
Gabrielle took to Twitter on Tuesday to dispute Schefter's report.
There was no dinner out, I’m going to help you out so you guys stop reporting false news https://t.co/k9UxrnVWoQ

I need my own talk show if you’re allowed to do those terrible takes and still have listeners lol 😂

I'd love to see Gabrielle get her own show. She could take on all of the NFL insiders' reports.
With the changes to the "Patriot Way" it might work.
