Smokeshow WWE host Kayla Braxton announced on Thursday that she had tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time.  According to the 27-year-old, she had the virus back in early March and thought she was invincible after recovering.

Braxton urged people to not be dumb like her and think they can't catch the virus twice.  She received a ton of negative comments after revealing her second positive test and has apparently deleted her account.

Look I'm no doctor, but according to the doctors I've heard discussing COVID-19, catching the virus twice would be extremely rare for most.  I'm also not doubting that she's had two positive tests, but there is a chance that one of her positives was a false positive.

I'm hopeful for a speedy recovery so that the WWE fans out there get to see her back entertaining and putting her hosting skills on full display.
