NFL reporter Sara Walsh is down in Florida battling a hurricane, but found out some pretty serious news from the frontlines that could have potentially led to her retirement, because her husband, Toronto Blue Jays bullpen coach Matt Buschmann had possession of what may be a priceless baseball to the collectors thanks to it being Aaron Judge's record breaking, 61st Home Run of the season ball!
Bad news is I’m down here in Florida battling a hurricane, but the good news is I can announce my retirement…. pic.twitter.com/gbhFSgDZBL

After learning he returned the ball, she followed up with a divorce joke:
Oh cool. He just handed that back without checking to see if our house is still here? I’d next like to announce our divorce. pic.twitter.com/37HmHIoomS

She concluded with "Matt Buschmann wasn’t forced to give the ball back but he handed it over to Zack Britton. “The Judge and Maris family have been flying all over the country. They deserve to have that ball.” #bluejays"
I guess she'll be going back to her NLF broadcasting work, which is a pretty solid gig!
Here's a clip of the fan missing the ball, which is how Buschmann got possession of it in the first place:
