Russian hockey team Spartak is no stranger to controversy for posting pictures of scantily-clad women. They found themselves at the center of another one of those controversies this weekend.
The team shared a picture of their "new goalie," which was just a picture of women in red lingerie. The look was met with some disapproval on Twitter.
“You should be cautious with such kind of posts. Feminists won’t appreciate it, they will accuse you of sexism” a fan wrote.
“That’s too much, not funny at all,” another tweet read.
“If you were in the US, you would be immediately sued for such jokes,” warned one user.
We took to see a new goalkeeper with an excellent reaction. How do you like it? And at the same time they sent an official proposal to IIHF with a request to revise the size of the hockey goalpic.twitter.com/1T49Vm9hGL

Love it or hate it, it definitely works to get the team some attention. I couldn't tell you a single thing about the team other than they're the Russian team who posts scantily-clad women.
I don't know if that's a good thing or not, but I don't know the name of another Russian hockey team.
