Russell Wilson's problems with the Seahawks go beyond the offense not letting him cook, although that is believed to be part of the issue he has with the organization. Another reported issue is a little more personal.
Wilson doesn't like head coach Pete Carroll's sons, who are on the Seahawks coaching staff. He feels like they don't answer to anyone.
From Larry Brown Sports:
According to a tweet from The Athletic, the Seahawks quarterback feels that coach Pete Carroll and his sons “answer to no one” in the organization. Nate and Brennan Carroll both worked for the Seahawks, with Brennan recently leaving for a role with the University of Arizona. Nate Carroll remains the Seahawks’ wide receivers coach, and has reportedly been so frustrated with his role that he briefly stepped away from the team.
Look on the bright side Russ, there's one less Carroll in Seattle next season! And all of this crying will probably have Seattle bending over backwards for you next season.
