The Rams were going to make a change at quarterback this off-season one way or another. They ended up with a blockbuster trade with the Lions for Matthew Stafford.
Stafford wasn't Los Angeles' first choice. After deciding that the price tag for Deshaun Watson was too high the Rams "made a run" at Aaron Rodgers.
The Packers made it clear that they weren't parting ways with the veteran quarterback.

What are the Texans asking for if two first-round picks, a third-round pick and a former number one overall pick aren't enough to get a deal done?
The Rams made as much of a run at Aaron Rodgers as a did. There's no way Green Bay is trading him after the numbers he put up this season against bad teams. Especially not with another cakewalk of a schedule next season.
