It's no secret that sports fans are passionate, sometimes intense, sometimes way too into the game, or the team, or the league. Some call them stunted man-childs who are stuck in their pubescent years, still playing video games and eating take out like at a high school slumber party, still watching grown men throw balls across virtual goal posts that at their core are totally meaningless, but thanks to marketing, infrastructure, drama and the super fan, is so important.
The idea of being visibly shaken when your team loses at its core is pretty hilarious and insane, something psychologists probably have fun analyzing, because when you step back from the fandom, whether a team wins or loses really doesn't affect anyone's life but the people getting paid, making us a bunch of suckers.
The idea of being so shaken when your team loses, or so indoctrinated into the street-team of your team by being such a fan, that you have to brawl with fans of rival teams, especially as a grown up, is BEYOND insane, but that's just because they don't get your passion man!
In today's crazy fan news, this video of a KO outside SoFi stadium is circulating where a Rams player gets taken down by a Cowboy fan, because that's how you show your love for a game and a team man, you take out the enemy fans, because one less fan for your rival team doesn't make them any less strong as a team, but it sends a message man!
#LARams Vs #Cowboys parking lot brawl 👊
