The internet seems excited that a billionaire NFL team owner was spotted at the game with a creepy blonde woman that they are wanting you to think is hot.

It is unclear whether dying your hair blonde, injecting filler into your face and lips, while wearing a pound of make-up makes you hot. It is assumed that the women doing that think that it does and the busy rich dudes don't seem to mind.

That's not hateful, but the dude is in Vegas and I am sure women like this exist in every casino and strip club. It's a look that unites the rich and fancy ladies and the sex workers. It also unifies the old and the young because she can be 25 or she can be 55, who can tell!
