This time Kendra is showing love for Rodriguez after he suffered a testicle injury. She took to Twitter to check in on Rodriguez's balls.

Obviously if Kendra wanted to drive Rodriguez's fans crazy again she could have offered to help him recover from his unfortunate testicle injury.
