Peyton Manning Once Told a Browns Player to Take a Shit on His GM’s Desk

Former Browns star offensive lineman (yeah those do exist) Joe Thomas revealed on the podcast he co-hosts with his former teammate Andrew Hawkins, "The Thom & Hawk Football Show" that Peyton Manning once told him to take a shit on his GM's desk to force his way out of Cleveland.

According to Thomas, prior to the 2015 trade deadline he had a conversation with Manning in which the then Broncos quarterback wanted Thomas to force a trade by shitting on the GM's desk.  Thomas never did that and as a result he never got a ring.

“[Manning]’s like, ‘Alright, here’s the game plan. Go into your GM’s office when he’s not there, pull your pants down and take a shit on his desk. Then they can’t do anything but trade you, and then you can come win a Super Bowl with me,’” per The Thom & Hawk Football Show.

An amused Thomas responded by telling Manning, “Peyton, I appreciate your humor as always. I appreciate that you want me. That really gives me a lot of warm and fuzzies,” Thomas told his podcast listeners. “But I’m not gonna be able to poop on my GM’s desk.”

The Browns were shitting all over the place back then.  Even if Thomas took a shit right on the GM's desk it's hard to say if he would have noticed or not.  Thomas should have done it, been traded to Denver and road off into the sunset with Manning.
