Peter Gammons Has a New Stat Suggestion, Manager “Dry Humps” of a Reliever

Sportswriter Peter Gammons has a new stat suggestion.  He wants to know how many times a manager has a reliever warm-up without putting him in the game.  He calls this stat "dry humps."

That's right, Gammons wants to know how many time a manager dry humps a reliever.

This is the first time in a longtime, maybe ever, that I've agreed with anything that has come out of Peter Gammons mouth.  I want to know who else the manager is dry humping as well.
