Pete Carroll Challenged a Play by Throwing an Electric Hand Warmer Instead of His Challenge Flag

Pete Carroll had a hard time finding his challenge flag on Sunday.  Instead of tossing it on the field to challenge a play he threw his electric hand warmer.

Many thought the 70-year-old, given his age, tossed a flip phone onto the field.  It wasn't a flip phone or a butterscotch candy.  It was a hand warmer you can purchase on Amazon.

Either way it wasn't Carroll's challenge flag, which he might have misplaced because of his advanced age.  He might want to hire a challenge flag guy.
