Patrick Mahomes Spotted With a Walking Boot on During a Night Out With His Fiancee

Patrick Mahomes was spotted for the first time since having toe surgery last month. The Chiefs quarterback and his fiancee Brittany Matthews went out for a date night without their newborn.

Matthews shared a picture of their mom and dad night out and in it Mahomes can be seen with a walking boot on. His recovery is expected to take up to three months.

Mahomes sacrificed the toe in the playoffs last season. Too bad he ran into Tom Brady and the pirate ship that is the Buccaneers defense.

Dealing with an injury and having a newborn in the house is going to make it extremely difficult for Mahomes to pick up where he left off last season.
