Panthers Acquire Baker Mayfield From the Browns

The Panthers waited just about as long as they possibly could before trading for Baker Mayfield. They reportedly pulled the trigger on the trade on Wednesday.

There's a new quarterback in Carolina, again. The Panthers are sending a conditional 5th-round draft pick for the former No. 1 overall pick and the money owed to Mayfield will be split.
