Paige Spiranac posted a sponsored video on her Youtube Channel as part of her golf coaching series.

She has an upcoming rival match with the legend John Daly, so she's training to try to give him a run for her money.

She wants you to get in on her training session, because you can improve yourself while she improves herself.

Her first objective is to get a harder and farther drive, because she's currently only hitting around 264. So she goes into tips about how to hit it harder by increasing her swim speed, which has been proven to be better watched in super slow motion.

Her second objective is to improve her pre-shot routine, which is the routine between shots. She wants to try to calm down, disconnect and move slowly between each shot. So her goal is to center herself during what will be a chaotic match. I mean it is John Daly.

Stay hydrated!

Her third objective is to improve her 5 foot and under game. She wants to practice like she is playing by doing a best out of ten 5 foot and in putts. She lines them up, resets and goes for it. Put it in the hole Paige.

Practice with a purpose!

Her fourth objective is working on the short game! She throws the balls down, where they land, is where she plays it from. She survives off her short game because she sets her expectations.

I mean, I don't care about golf, I don't play golf, yet here I am watching a 15 minute video about golf. I blame her golf dress.

She also posted some March Madness photoshoot, that's amazing!
