Nationals Troll Ben Simmons After a Three Run Home Run Off the Bat of Kyle Schwarber

The "hottest hitter on planet earth" Kyle Schwarber crushed a three run home run in the 5th inning of Wednesday's game against the Phillies. It tied the game and came with a red hot tweet from the Nationals.

The Nationals took a shot at 76ers star Ben Simmons after he pretty much refused to shoot in the playoffs. The tweet compared Simmons/ game tying threes in Philly this year to Schwarber's.

The Nats social media guy deserves a raise after this tweet. There's nothing like handing out insults to the entire city with one tweet. The fans in Philly aren't ready to talk about what happened to the Sixers just yet. But they know Simmons has to go.
