Model Kourtney Kellar traded in her Nuggets gear for Cavaliers gear following her boyfriend Isaiah Hartenstein's trade to Cleveland.

It doesn't matter what Kourtney is wearing, she's going to look great in it. So she obviously kills it in her new Cavs gear.

I don't think it's going to get any better for him off the court. He's dating a model who followed him to Cleveland.
