Forward Miles Bridges, who spent the first four seasons of his career with the Hornets, was arrested for felony domestic violence on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The 24-year-old allegedly got into a physical altercation with a woman.
The alleged altercation took place on Tuesday. The woman involved reportedly needed medical attention.
From TMZ Sports:
Law enforcement sources tell us a woman claims she was in an argument with Bridges that turned physical. We're told police were called to the scene, but Bridges was gone by the time cops arrived. We're told the woman required medical attention.
The 6'7", 225-pounder was arrested by LAPD after turning himself in Wednesday afternoon. His bail was set at $130k ... and he's since been released.
Bridges is set to hit the free agent market when NBA's free agency officially starts later today. Talk about really bad timing to get arrested.
