In a bizarre legal twist, a man is reportedly suing Netflix over the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight, alleging 'breach of contract' for constant glitching and buffering during the fight last week.

If you were watching the fight, you know exactly what this Floria Man is talking about.

The people over at Netflix have made a statement about the crap quality of the streaming event, saying they faced some technical challenges.

'This unprecedented scale created many technical challenges, which the launch team tackled brilliantly by prioritizing stability of the stream for the majority of viewers,' said Netflix executive Elizabeth Stone.

The event brought over 108 million global viewers, making it the most streamed sporting event ever.

I'm just wondering how we all get involved in this lawsuit, make it a class action brother!

While most people would simply move on, this Florida Man is taking it to court, proving that even in the ring of absurdity, some fights refuse to be KO’d.
