Mallory Edens hit the ALO YOGA Gym, which is probably one of the smartest marketing vehicles for any of the instagram brands out there, because so many celebs and influencers get their sweat-in at their heavily branded facilities, making the everyday internet user want to buy the products and more importantly, making the gym feel more and more exclusive so that other celebs, influencers and socialites want to use it for their social media feeds. Clever.

Mallory Edens shared a really interesting fitness move that I think is designed for full body impact.

With her leg stretched out parallel to the bench, you can see her hamstrings and glutes are engaged, while her core stabilizes her for her back rows.

Mallory Edens for those of you who don't know is the daughter of the Millwaukee Bucks owner, his name is Wes Edens and he's a billionaire who owns more than just the Bucks.

She has also been rumored to be dating Aaron Rodgers, which she's never really confirmed or denied but probably like the press coverage, like we like this fitness press.
