Louisville quarterback Malik Cunningham was carted off the field late in the Cardinals 23-20 loss at Pitt. The junior had his head bounced off the ground hard as he attempted to make a play.
Cunningham was down on the ground for a few minutes before being strapped to a backboard. He reportedly has feeling in all of his extremities.

Louisville coach Scott Satterfield says QB Malik Cunningham can move and feel everything, so that is encouraging. No official update/diagnosis, though. Cunningham took a nasty hit on the Cards' last offensive play and had to be carted off the field.

The fact that he can move all of his extremities is really good news. But being carted off the field after hitting his head on the ground isn't.
That indicates he may have suffered a c-word and has a few difficult days ahead of him.
