Lauren Kyle is an Official Edomonton Oilers WAG!

A few days ago, it was announced that the Edmonton Oilers caption, Connor McDavid proposed to his longtime girlfriend, hockey WAG Lauren Kyle.

He posted the proposal which took place in cottage country, as people do, because pics or it didn't happen and along with a sweet caption, especially for a jock:

Excited to see what our future holds. You are the most loving, passionate and amazing person. I am a very lucky man.

Over 225,000 people liked the photo, it basically went seriously viral!

The NHL player who is only 26 years old makes about 12.5 million a year USD, which I think is 150 million a year in Canadian dollars.

So we can assume life is pretty sweet for them!

In other NHL news, we're day 2 into the draft and the first round pic Bedard was picked up by the Blackhawks, Carlsson by the Ducks and Fantilli by the Blue Jackets in the first round!
