Lane Kiffin is in his first season as the Ole Miss head coach and he's already being linked to another job. His name has come up as a possible replacement for Gus Malzahn at Auburn.
Kiffin was asked about that earlier this week and addressed the rumors by poking fun at Nick Saban. He first said he hasn't had any talks about the Auburn vacancy before saying, "I will not be the head coach at Alabama. So stop asking me."
The line Saban used back in 2006 before leaving the Dolphins to coach at Alabama, from Larry Brown Sports:
Lane Kiffin says there’s been no discussions to replace Gus Malzahn at Auburn.

There you have it, Kiffin’s going to Auburn. Maybe. He will definitely be mentioned every time there's a Power Five job opening and that has to feel so good for the Lane train.
