No fighter is unbeatable. I repeat, no fighter is unbeatable. It's been proven time and time again in the UFC that no matter how dominant a fighter is their day eventually comes.
On Saturday night at UFC 269 bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes' number was called. She ran into a prepared Julianna Pena.
Pena wore Nunes down, hurt her then took her down and put a rear naked choke on her. It was one of, if not the biggest, upset in the history of the UFC.
The beauty of MMA. This is why we love this.
Tonight belongs to Julianna Peña. Absolutely deserved. That was more than a statement.

Nunes time has come. She still has her featherweight belt, but she'll need to regroup when it comes to the bantamweight division. She's no longer unbeatable.
