Jimmy Garoppolo didn't have a terrible night on Thursday night in Tennessee as the 49ers took on the Titans, but he did throw a couple of costly interceptions in a 20-17 loss.
Fans weren't exactly happy about Jimmy G's two picks and apparently neither was general manager John Lynch. He liked a tweet that suggested the 49ers should leave Jimmy G in Nashville after the loss.
Lynch would issue an apology that he "accidentally and unknowingly" liked the tweet during Christmas Eve mass.

Apparently - while in Christmas Eve Mass w my Family - I accidentally and unknowingly Liked a Tweet. Never intended to and remain a huge believer in Jimmy. Merry Christmas to everyone.

Another old man not knowing how to use technology. Lynch might have accidentally liked the tweet, but someone definitely sent it to him. Which means he's had some not-so-supportive things to say about Jimmy G privately....
He was probably gone after this season anyways, but if you're Jimmy G you have to demand a trade in the off-season after this.
