One thing we've learned about Joe Burrow through his first couple of seasons in the NFL is that he's a tough son of a bitch. The Bengals quarterback showed a little of that toughness against the Chargers.
Burrow appears to have dislocated the pinky finger on his right hand. The finger is swollen and painful as a result, but he's still out there.
#JoeBurrow injures/dislocates pinky finger on throwing hand on the TD run. Painful but don't see how he doesn't return, even if numbing injection is needed at half. pic.twitter.com/3pA1EQ6GGB

Joe Burrow’s throwing pinky finger is badly swollen. He tried to put a glove on it, but didn't like it and threw it away.
He's still in the game and has been handing the ball off with his left hand. pic.twitter.com/lU8Ve0Eeo0

Again, Burrow's a tough son of a bitch.
