Ronaldo, who was apparently benched in his World Cup game for Portugal against Switzerland today was recently dropped by his lucrative deal with Manchester United, probably by design because he knew he could get more money elsewhere, which ended up being the case, because a Saudi Arabian team offered him $211 million dollars per year.
Apparently, Ronaldo is having second thoughts about the move and some people in the Soccer world, namely Alexi Lalas, thinks he should move to the USA to join the MLS, because it will give him more visibility in America where the sport is on the rise.
The 37 year old is such a huge star, I highly doubt moving to Saudi Arabia for his tax-free 211 million dollars per year will really take him off the map, it's the internet era, people work remotely now.
I don't really care about Soccer, but I do think dude is already super famous and should TAKE the money and run, whether he has a ton of money in the most popular sport in the world or not, that part of the world is investing heavily into the sport so having a star like Ronaldo puts it on the map and America will be there when he gets done with them.
Is it the right move for Cristiano Ronaldo to join Al-Nassr? @AlexiLalas and @StatManMosse share their thoughts on the reports that Ronaldo is headed to Saudi Arabia.

Here are some pics of his wife and baby momma Georgina Rodríguez who I am sure is stoked about the whole thing!
