Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Knee Injury Proves LeBron Was Right

Giannis Antetokounmpo went down in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals with a knee injury.  The Bucks were then blown out by a Trae Young-less Hawks team.

Giannis' left knee was bent backwards as a Hawks player collided with his leg.  It didn't look good at all.

Add this to Chris Paul having to sit out for COVID protocols and LeBron James was right when he claimed that playing too much basketball is bad for NBA players.

I'm going to ignore the months off during COVID and side LeBron.  If Giannis didn't play so much basketball between the end of last season and this season's full schedule he would have been able to handle this collision with his knee without missing a minute.

Maybe next time the league will listen...
