Former Packer A.J. Hawk spent a week vacationing with Aaron Rodgers in Montana following the reigning NFL MVP's participation in "The Match."
After the vacation Hawk said what he's been saying all along, he thinks Rodgers will play for Green Bay this season.
From CBS Sports:
After spending that much time with the QB, Hawk has a prediction about how this is all going to play out: His hunch is that Rodgers is actually going to play for the Packers this year.
"What have I said from the start? I said, 'I don't see him playing anywhere else.' That's what I said, right?" Hawk said recently on The Pat McAfee Show. "I don't see Green Bay trading him, I don't see that happening, I don't know how it has to work, but yeah, I still feel like he's going to be in Green Bay."
At this point it's looking like Rodgers only has two options, play for the Packers or sit out the entire season. If I had a guess I would say he eventually shows up in Green Bay.
I'd much rather see the situation continue to deteriorate and watch the Packers franchise implode, unfortunately that doesn't look like it's going to happen.
