Fan Had a Pizza Delivered to Jesse Winker After He Was Ejected Following Angels-Mariners Brawl

The fists were flying in Anaheim on Sunday afternoon.  The Mariners and Angels decided to throw hands after Jesse Winker was hit with a pitch in the second inning.  It was retaliation for Mike Trout being hit the night before.

Winker, instead of taking his base like a grown man after getting hit in the ass with a pitch, went after the Angels bench and all hell broke loose.  An actual fight took place.  Tensions were high and punches were thrown.

After the brawl a fan ordered Winker a pizza and had it delivered to him.  He confirmed he received and ate the pizza, via Larry Brown Sports:

This is the perfect example of social media and sports coming together.  It doesn't always work out, but this one did and we should all send players pizza.
