Eagles Safety Trolls Cam Newton During Joint Practice for Repeatedly Checking Down

Earlier in Cam Newton's career you would have never thought the day would come where he would be trolled for checking down.  He loved to throw the ball deep.

Unfortunately for Cam that day has come.  The Patriots quarterback was trolled on Tuesday by Eagles safety K’Von Wallace during joint practice for repeatedly checking down.

Wallace called Cam "checkdown king!" after back to back plays where he checked down to the running back.  The next play the troll was extended when Wallace yelled out "running back!" before Cam then threw another pass to his running back.

Cam's going to have to figure out how to get the ball down the field this season or he'll be on the bench watching Mac and Cheese do his thing as the Patriots signal-caller.
