It was reported on Tuesday night that the Dolphins and Texans have agreed to trade terms for Deshaun Watson. But a trade isn't happening just yet, Miami wants the star quarterback's legal issues resolved first.
Houston Chronicle reports Dolphins & Texans have agreed on trade terms for Watson, but Dolphins want his legal issues resolved before consummating deal (good luck with that).Chronicle suggests Ross wants clarity from Goodell on length of potential suspension (good luck with that)

Requiring Watson's legal issues to be resolved first might just keep him in Houston. It would take some heavy lifting to get all of those 20 plus lawsuits resolved and a guarantee from the NFL that he won't be suspended as a result.
Unless another team decides they don't need Watson's legal issues resolved first, he's not going anywhere.
