Deebo Samuel Was Slow to Get Up After Getting Crushed

At the end of the first half 49ers playmaker Deebo Samuel was slow to get up after he got absolutely crushed by Rams safety Nick Scott.

The play was initially flagged, but the refs picked up the flag after it was determined to not be a shot to the head.

Samuel eventually got up and even returned to the game a couple of plays later. That's great news for the 49ers, he's a huge part of their offense.
